Awards and Advancement Committee -
This committee is responsible for continuous monitoring the advancement of each scout and securing appropriate rank badges and awards for presentation at Pack meetings. The Advancement Chairman is also responsible for regularly identifying leaders and parents worthy of recognition and securing appropriate awards for them. Reports to the Secretary.
Derby Committee - Plans and executes all aspects of the Pack's annual Pinewood and Rain Gutter Regatta Derbies including promotion, set-up and take-down, communication, food, inspection process, racing, scoring, patches, and awards. Reports to the Asst. Cubmaster for Program.
Blue and Gold Banquet Committee - Plans and conducts the annual Blue and Gold Banquet including reservation of facilities, decorations, food, tickets, door prizes, and activities. Reports to the Cubmaster.
Family Fest/Scout Show Committee- Organizes Pack 320’s participation in the annual Scout Show and or Family Fest event. Plans activity tables, coordinates Friday evening set-up and Saturday take-down. Reports to the Asst. Cubmaster for Indoor Program.
Fundraising Committee - Coordinates major annual fall popcorn sale. The committee distributes sales kits, collects orders from each den, submits a summary order to Council, arranges pick-up and distribution of popcorn to scouts and collection of proceeds. It is responsible for accurate accounting of all sales and proceeds and reports to the Treasurer.
Membership/Re-charter Committee - Maintains an accurate roster of all registered scouts and adult volunteers. Roster will include name and all contact information. Coordinates the annual pack re-chartering process. Communicates process to Pack families in early November and secures all necessary forms and annual dues by December 1st in preparation for submittal of the December re-charter documentation.
Pack Parent Coordinator -
Helping parents understand Scouting. Recruiting parents to help with pack- support task. Communicating what’s happening in the Scout unit over time
Photographer -
Serves as official photographer for the Pack. The photographer attends most events and captures photographic record of Pack events throughout the year. Reports to the Web Assistant - Photo Gallery.
Recruiting and Round-Table: Coordinates recruiting events at Keen’s Crossing and Sunset Park Elementary Schools, scheduling reception table, registration table. Attending Round-Table Conference, Reports to the Cubmaster.
Additional Committees - Additional committees may be formed to address the short-term or long-term administrative needs of the Pack.
Pack_320_count_sheet- This form must be used by anyone collecting money for an event and turned in with the second copy of the receipts.
Check Request -This form must be used when requesting reimbursement for scout related expenses or payments.
