About Us

Who We Are

Cub Scouts Pack 320 is a "Family Pack" near Windermere and Winter Garden, so we have dens for both boys and girls, from Kindergarten through 5th Grade. We are a 100% volunteer-run Cub Scouts pack helping youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that will influence their adult lives.

Pack 320's Scouts attend many schools in the area (and some are homeschooled), but most are students at Keene's Crossing Elementary School.

Cub Scouts is a family program, and family involvement is essential to Cub Scouting's success. We're sensitive to the realities of present-day families. Many Cub Scouts do not come from traditional two-parent homes. Some Scouts live with a single parent or with other relatives or guardians. Cub Scouting considers a Scout's family to be the people with whom he or she lives.

Our Chartered Organization

Pack 320 is chartered by the Keene's Crossing Elementary School Advisory Council (SAC), but our scouts attend many different schools in the area.

Den Meetings and Pack Meetings

Den Meetings and Pack Meetings are held every Monday during the school year, starting in late August and ending in late May. We start our meetings at 6:30 pm unless otherwise noted. Occasional “Go See It” and other events are held at offsite locations. Our meetings follow the Orange County Public Schools calendar, so we do not meet on school holidays. We have a very limited calendar for June, July, and early August activities (typically one optional activity per month).

Den Meetings

The Pack is divided into smaller groups called Dens. Your Scout’s den is determined (generally) by his or her grade level:

  • Lion - Kindergarten
  • Tiger - 1st Grade
  • Wolf - 2nd Grade
  • Bear - 3rd Grade
  • Webelos - 4th Grade
  • Arrow of Light - 5th Grade

Pack Meetings

The Pack (all Dens) meet as a group once a month in lieu of a Den Meeting. The Pack Meeting allows us to celebrate as an entire Pack. At these meetings we recognize all Scouts who have earned awards in the previous month. Most Pack meetings have activities scheduled as well to entertain the families and develop friendship across the Dens.
